Sandwich in Baguette

Baguette is a type of bread that originated from French. Baguette has an elongated shape and crispy outer texture. Baguette is usually served with butter, garlic butter, or served in the form of a sandwich. This time we will share one of our best recipes, Baguette sandwiches recipe.

  • 1000 gr - Lonceng Wheat Flour
  • 15 gr - Instant Yeast
  • 15 gr - Salt
  • 10 gr - Bread Improver
  • 600 ml - Ice Water
Stuffing Sandwich:
* for 1 serving sandwiches
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Green pepper
  • Red peppers
  • Cheese Gazette
  • Chili Sauce
  • Beef Bacon / Smoked Beef
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard


  1. Stir in Lonceng Wheat Flour, salt, bread improver, yeast and ice water, until smooth.
  2. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  3. Weigh 300 gram of dough, rounded it, and then put aside to rest.
  4. Shaped the dough lengthwise and then put it aside to rest. Final Proof the dough until the dough expands.
  5. After the dough expand, cut the dough using bread cutter.
  6. Bake the dough in the oven for +- 25 minutes with a temperature of 190°C.
  7. After Baguette is baked, split it into two and then spread it with mayonnaise, mustard and chili sauce. Fill the sandwich with stuffing ingredients according to taste.
